At our school with day school from kindergarten through to secondary level eleven, we mainly teach mixed-age classes spanning two school years.

Responsibilities
• Pedagogical, personnel, organisational and administrative leadership of the school and the day school
• Liaison between children, teachers, parents and authorities
• Innovative school development
• Quality assurance
• Maintaining good internal and external communication (ensuring this)
• Information and public relations work
Requirements
• Pedagogical training with experience at primary school level
• Recognised headteacher training or willingness to complete it
• Leadership experience
• High social competence, resilience, assertiveness, organisational talent and flexibility
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate
• Commitment to the further development of the school
