You turn night into day and prefer to work between 8 pm and 6 am? You already have some leadership experience and feel prepared to take responsibility during the night? Then you are exactly right here :-)
Your Tasks
- Ensuring professional care and support of residents during the night shift
- Close cooperation with the direct supervisor as well as regular exchange within the team, including leading team meetings
- Ensuring efficient interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth processes at interfaces
- Active participation in shaping new structures and commitment to professional development
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (SRK recognition required), ideally with experience in team leadership
- Work experience in night shifts and long-term care is mandatory
- Business management understanding and responsible conduct
- Openness to new ideas, curiosity and networked thinking ability
- High resilience and flexibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of MS Office
Your Prospects
- Very good salary (CHF 7,300 - 8,200.- x13) and allowances (CHF 7.50 per hour)
