For a successor in the Competence Center Education in the psychiatric field of work, we are looking for you from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement as

• You are responsible for the quality and organization of basic nursing training as well as the support and qualification of students and apprentices
• During your work as a trainer in everyday life, you convey pedagogical knowledge with great joy and promote and challenge learners and students in their individual development
• You ensure the transfer of knowledge from theory to practice and are responsible for the documentation and assessment of learners and students
• You are involved in all processes of nursing education and thus represent an important interface in planning and execution

• You have completed training as a FAGE EFZ or tertiary level nursing, preferably with a focus on psychiatry, and have at least 3 years of professional experience
• You bring the ability and willingness for personal and pedagogical development (SVEB ADA Module 1&3)
• You have noticeable joy in caring for and building relationships with people in psychological crises and/or manifest mental illnesses and in the personal and professional development of career starters
• You enthusiastically convey knowledge about nursing activities in psychiatry
• You are aware of your role model function and live it accordingly (high organizational skills, high social and self-competence, resilience, ability to work in various teams)
