Community Manager

Regen Lab SA has been dedicated since 2003 to the development and production of medical devices for the preparation of autologous blood derivatives (PRP). These technologies are used for non-haematological therapeutic applications across sports medicine, rheumatology, orthopedic surgery, urology, aesthetic medicine, and wound care.

To further develop our marketing activities and support our growth, we are looking for a talented Community Manager.

Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s digital presence, enhancing its scientific and regulatory credibility, and engaging key audiences including healthcare professionals, partners, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and animate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, Blog)
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, visuals, videos)
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging content
• Highlight clinical data, certifications, and product innovations
• Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and execute editorial calendars and communication campaigns
• Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize performance
• Ensure all communications comply with medical and advertising regulations
• Monitor industry trends and manage online reputation

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, analytics, content strategy)
• Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
• Ability to simplify scientific content while maintaining accuracy
• Analytical, creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented
