Mission

You manage shoplifting and its prevention in the various points of sale in your region
You intervene during offences and handle various contentious cases
You prepare theft reports and other administrative tasks related to your area of activity
You are in contact with store employees as well as regional police offices

You have significant professional experience in the field of surveillance or come from the sales sector
Persistent and autonomous, you have a keen sense of observation and possess very good analytical skills
Your calm character allows you to face difficult and stressful situations by demonstrating psychology and diplomacy in your human contacts
Irregular hours (Saturday work) as well as numerous trips in French-speaking Switzerland are not a problem for you
You are proficient with common IT tools (Office 365)
You hold a driving licence, have a private car and your criminal record is clean
