Tasks

• As the case-responsible key contact person, you ensure individual and person-centred care and support for the residents.
• You independently take on tasks delegated by the department management depending on your level of knowledge, such as initiating and leading change processes, supporting staff in challenging situations, implementing overarching goals, and ensuring quality requirements.
• You contribute to the conceptual further development of the care living groups.
• You represent the department management during absences.

Profile

• Solid and reflective professional experience, preferably in the care and support of elderly people with dementia
• Motivation for further development and desire for a role that gives you broad insight into leadership tasks
• Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Enthusiasm for the care living group concept as well as ideas and creativity to shape a pleasant home for our residents
• Interest in designing and further developing a future-oriented offer tailored to the needs of the residents

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 93,838 and CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centres for the Elderly of the City of Zurich are one of the largest geriatric institutions in Switzerland. We are the leading service provider in the elderly care sector – with competence, heart, and a comprehensive range from a single source.

The care living groups of the Health Centres for the Elderly consist of manageable shared living communities and specialise in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric conditions. The care living groups are located in various districts of the City of Zurich. Here you work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
