What you can achieve with us
- Gather, analyse requirements and translate them into technically feasible IT solutions
- Plan, lead and manage IT and digitalisation projects
- Coordinate departments, IT teams and external partners as well as moderate workshops
- Specify professional and technical solution approaches and develop concepts, specifications and decision bases
- Manage project progress, deadlines, costs, risks and dependencies
- Ensure clear communication between departments, IT teams and other stakeholders
- Accompany tests, technical and professional approvals, implementations, training and handover to operations
- Support the IT project portfolio, prioritisation and resource planning
- Question processes and existing solutions and implement digitalisation potentials
What defines you
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in business analysis, process management or IT project management
- Good project management knowledge and a pragmatic approach to classical, agile and hybrid methods
- Broad technical understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows and system architectures
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as CRM systems and data management
- Ability to assess technical solutions and discuss on equal terms with developers and IT specialists
- Ideally, you have also technically accompanied, integrated, configured or implemented digital solutions yourself
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills, moderation skills and enthusiasm for IT and digitalisation
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
