What is my role?

As Head of Nursing and Care, you take on a central leadership role in our modern care centre. You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the nursing and care team and ensure high-quality care and support for our residents. You further develop care concepts, optimise workflows, and ensure that all nursing measures are carried out according to current standards. In addition, you are an important interface between residents, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK

• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as Head of Nursing & Care or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader

• A dynamic leadership personality with confident communication skills in German, both spoken and written

• A warm and humorous basic attitude

• High empathy and a special talent for teamwork

• Organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
