To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which is very active in private pension plans, we are looking for a Group Leader specialized in contract management for our main Pension division based in Lausanne. The position includes leading a team of specialized managers (7-8) as well as managing a portfolio of contracts.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Support employees with technical and legal assistance in case management
- Organize and coordinate group work by ensuring team meetings, one-on-ones, replacement plans, etc.
- Ensure employee training and compliance with directives
- Supervise the planning and organization of the administrative processing of contracts
- Develop, manage, and analyze performance indicators
- Actively contribute to the continuous optimization of processing procedures
- Participate in defining, monitoring, and achieving objectives related to the company strategy
- Maintain and develop relationships and exchanges with various work partners and represent the team with agencies
- Independently and proactively manage a portfolio of contracts (new business, modifications, cancellations, expirations, etc.) and draft commercial correspondence
Your profile:
- Holder of a federal insurance certificate or equivalent training
- Proven experience in individual pension plans (3rd pillar)
- Leadership talent and experience in team management and decision-making
- Cooperative and collaborative temperament
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (level B2)
- Good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
