About the job
The Ageing and Care department of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for elderly people in the five retirement homes as well as through Spitex.
Activation therapy and event management significantly contribute to providing our residents with a varied and attractive range of therapies and events. The aim is to enable them to participate in their individual desired activities and thereby sustainably promote their quality of life and well-being.
To strengthen our activation therapy team, we are looking for a creative, flexible, and committed individual (30% workload) to start on 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who enjoys working in a motivated team and will take on the following tasks:

Your Tasks
- Planning, implementation, and review of an attractive therapy programme
- Documentation and implementation of goals and processes
- Interdisciplinary teamwork within the team and retirement homes
- Contact person in the small team on site
- Participation in projects
Your Profile
- Certified Activation Specialist HF
- Professional and life experience in working with elderly people
- Independent and responsible working style
- High social competence, flexibility, openness, and resilience
