Our specialised school welcomes 90 pupils aged 4 to 18.

For its R-SourceS branch, we are looking for an educator ready to take on a challenge that is as demanding as it is meaningful.

Your role

• Provide individual support to pupils with complex needs, reinforcing classroom supervision
• Work as a team with the teacher so that each pupil can progress in their school programme
• Ensure the administrative follow-up related to your support

What you bring

• A diploma in social education (ES or HES) or equivalent training
• Solid experience with children presenting intellectual developmental disorders
• Good command of crisis management tools; PGCC training (Prevention and Management of Behavioural Crises) is a real plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, autonomy and a good dose of patience
• Availability and flexibility

In brief
Rate: 70%, necessarily spread over the five days of the week (Monday to Friday). This distribution is a condition of the position and is non-negotiable.
Start date: as soon as possible
Contract: permanent contract
