To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Responsibility for the people with disabilities entrusted to you during the night (working hours are from 21:15 to 06:45 and shifts are planned approximately 1.5 months in advance)
- Support and care of people with disabilities
- Rounds in the residential groups
- Administrative tasks, record keeping, handover reports
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a care specialist (FaBe), health specialist (FaGe) or equivalent basic training
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities is an advantage
- High social competence, sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience for night work
- You bring a positive attitude towards care topics and their challenges
