Business Engineer Core Banking – Focus on Account Management / Booking Processes (m/f/d)

Our division "Account Management for Accounts, Cards and Pension Funds" is responsible, among other things, for the professional operation of a central system network within the bank's Core Banking platform. We ensure that the further development of booking processes takes place within the framework of our professional requirements. In addition, we act as the link between the core business processes and the bank's ERP system landscape. In a complex professional and technical environment, we analyse requirements, accompany implementation and are responsible for the professional and correct introduction as well as professional support.

• Assume the co-lead role as the business area manager for the segment "Account Management and Booking Processes" on our Core Banking platform
• Assume the co-lead role as process design manager for our account management and booking processes
• Further develop the operational resilience of our Core Banking platform
• Contribute to the professional conception and specification of epics, features and stories for IT development
• Precisely analyse issues and concretely develop business requirements for account management and booking processes
• Develop and represent business requirements for our system network and act as a link between various stakeholders such as product management, subject matter experts, risk, accounting, business and IT architecture, ensuring cross-functional coordination and communication
• Support the renewal of our Core Banking solution with a focus on deposit business
• Represent interests in day-to-day business as well as in strategic initiatives of bank-wide significance

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration / banking & finance / business informatics / business engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in business engineering with a focus on processes in Core Banking platforms
• Knowledge of agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
• Strategic foresight with willingness to go into detail
• High level of personal responsibility, flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong service orientation, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and team spirit
• Confident and engaging manner and eloquent communication in German
