Tasks
- Responsible for the recipe-based production of dishes while adhering to hygiene regulations.

- Conduct incoming goods control and ensure HACCP compliance.
Skills
- Completed training as a cook or relevant experience; passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
- Good knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

About the job
Our kitchen is entirely focused on Italy, where communal feasting is a tradition and truly celebrated. From homemade and handcrafted pasta to the fabulous Spaghettata and the city-famous Tavolata in Tavola: seasonal specialties offer everything that il "cuore italiano" desires.
We are looking for a cook from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
Main tasks
- Responsible for the recipe-accurate production of dishes while adhering to hygiene regulations at your own station
- Co-responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
- Goods receipt inspection
- Daily mise en place work for the stations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook or equivalent experience
- Enjoyment of Mediterranean cuisine
- Good knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage
