Data Scientist (m/f/d)*

• You analyse machine and process data to improve yield, process stability, and quality
• You support data-driven analysis of process and quality deviations (root cause analyses)
• You accompany development projects with statistics, modelling, and scenario analyses
• You contribute data-driven input to energy optimisation and CO2 reduction
• You build application-oriented AI agents including tools and skills and develop machine learning models for specific industrial use cases
• You present your analyses convincingly and create the basis for data-based decisions in management and specialist departments

• You hold a doctorate (PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g. data science, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science) or a master’s degree with around 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in data science
• You excel in communication: you present complex analyses clearly and effectively, make results tangible for different target groups, and win over management and experts for data-driven solutions
• You have solid knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and machine learning
• You have very good programming skills in Python as well as confident handling of Git, SQL, and databases
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial production environment is an advantage
