Your tasks include:
- Responsible for the recruitment of all apprentices
- Planning and conducting trial weeks
- Clarifications and information exchange with disability insurance offices
- Processing of entries and exits of apprentices, including creating training certificates
- Organization of various events (first day, graduation celebration, etc.)
- Creation of reports in the area of apprentices
- Management and control of monthly daily allowance settlements
- Maintenance and management of a newsletter
What you bring:
- Completed training at EFZ level
- Completed further training as a personal assistant
- Experience in recruitment and dealing with apprentices is an advantage
- Business-minded thinking and acting
- Good knowledge of common office tools such as Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
- Flexibility and high resilience
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Trustworthy, discreet, and loyal
- High social competence, communicative, and team-oriented
