As a Controller / Business Partner at BISON, you are more than just a provider of numbers: you act as a sparring partner for management and departments and actively contribute to the control and further development of the company. In this role, you combine solid financial expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills. You understand the business, question assumptions, create transparency, and support well-founded decisions – fact-based, solution-oriented, and on equal footing.

• Strategic and operational business partner role for management and departments
• Analysis and interpretation of financial and performance indicators for active company management
• Development and maintenance of meaningful management reporting with a clear focus on decision relevance
• Support of departments in business management issues, investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses
• Further development of budget, forecast, and multi-year planning processes as well as controlling instruments and processes in the SAP S/4HANA and BI environment
• Compilation and preparation of group-wide transfer pricing documentation

• You have a business administration education and several years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or a comparable finance function
• You do not see controlling as a mere reporting function but as an active contribution to corporate management
• You possess a pronounced analytical mindset and can prepare complex matters in a structured, understandable, and decision-oriented manner
• You are confident in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as Excel and BI tools
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and appropriately for the audience – also with executives and non-financial stakeholders
