• Creation and implementation of automation solutions in the field of process control systems
• Development and programming of software for control systems and controllers
• Development of technical concepts for controls, regulation, and visualisations
• Integration of control, visualisation, and control technology in industrial plants
• Conducting tests and commissioning on site as well as optimisation of systems
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications and project documentation
• Technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal project teams

• Successful completion (FH/HF) in systems engineering, automation, or electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in process automation or process industry
• Several years of experience in planning, programming, and commissioning of automation and control systems (PLC / SCADA / DCS)
• Practical knowledge of control and control systems from Siemens and/or ABB, knowledge of Siemens PCS7 is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of industrial communication, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
