The Kantonsschule Im Lee Winterthur offers the following matriculation profiles for students after the 2nd or 3rd grade of secondary school or lower gymnasium in a four-year course:
– the mathematical-scientific profile
– the musical profile
– the linguistic profile
– the pedagogical/psychological/philosophical profile
Currently, about 700 students in 34 classes and around 90 teachers belong to the Kantonsschule Im Lee.
Music is offered as a basic, focus, and supplementary subject.
Teaching obligation
A full workload comprises 25 lessons weekly. Beyond their teaching activities, teachers are involved in special weeks and special projects, as class teachers, and in commissions. They participate in school development and quality assurance and are committed to the school community.
Requirements
You have a completed master's degree in music, the teaching diploma for music at matriculation schools, and teaching experience at the secondary level II at a Swiss middle school.
