Education is at the centre of what we do:
We are looking for a committed individual for a 50% position with full responsibility for the entire FaGe training. Educational work is a priority for us - you will take on the main responsibility as a vocational trainer for all trainee health professionals EFZ.
If you wish to work more than 50%, you have the opportunity to increase your workload up to 100% through assignments in direct care.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for an attractive and high-quality training of trainee health professionals EFZ
- Design and support of individual learning processes – from learning objectives to competency assessments
- Support of trainees in their professional and personal development
- Close collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training
- For a workload of over 50%, additional tasks of a qualified nursing professional HF

- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent
- Completed or planned further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to undertake it
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in training young people
