You think in digital solutions for processes while always keeping the big picture in mind. In this role, you help shape the IT infrastructure and workflows so that they have an impact in everyday clinical practice, in patient relationships and for the organisation’s future viability. You take responsibility for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and ensure that the application is optimally aligned with the needs of the operation. As a sparring partner, you act at the interface between business and IT and translate requirements into viable digital solutions. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with process thinking and thus make a significant contribution to the continuous development of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Further development of a central business application landscape with a focus on efficient ERP processes and optimal support of the specialist departments
Translation of business requirements into concrete system solutions as well as coordination of configurations and adjustments by external specialists
Responsibility for the functional networking of Business Central with adjacent applications and ensuring stable digital process chains
Consulting users and identifying new opportunities for digitalisation, simplification and automation of operational processes
Qualifications:
Solid know-how in the Business Central environment and basic understanding of relational databases based on Microsoft SQL
Analytical mindset, technical flair and interest in sustainably improving business processes with digital tools
Customer- and solution-oriented working style combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
Interest in the Microsoft ecosystem and ideally experience with reporting and automation solutions such as Power BI or Power Automate
