What is my role?

• Strategic partner for managers with support in all personnel-related matters

• Active accompaniment of change processes and organisational developments

• Development of HR strategies and concepts that contribute to business goals

• Management of the entire employee life cycle - from hiring to exit

• Conducting employee interviews and support in conflict resolution

• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of recommendations for action

• Driving topics such as talent management, succession planning and employee development

• Close cooperation with the recruiting team and design of the onboarding process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position

• Sound knowledge of labour law and HR processes

• Experience in accompanying change processes

• Strong communication skills and consulting competence

• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality

• Empathy, assertiveness and tact in dealing with various stakeholders

• Confident handling of MS Office and HR software
