As a Lead Operations Electrician / Electrical Project Manager, you ensure the safe and reliable operation of technical systems. You coordinate maintenance and repair work, lead the electrical team, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth system operation.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of maintenance and servicing of all technical systems
Ensuring flawless function and availability of the systems
Coordination of fault reports, tickets, and time-based maintenance
Responsibility for managing the electrical warehouse
Creation and updating of technical documentation following changes to systems and projects
Responsibility for the condition and calibration of electrical measuring and working equipment
Coordination of maintenance work by external service providers
Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair measures
On-call duty readiness and weekend and public holiday shifts on a rotation of approximately 4 to 6 weeks
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Certified Electrician
3 to 4 years of professional experience as a lead electrician
Further training as Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety (federal certificate) or comparable qualification
Experience in team leadership as well as material and personnel disposition
Knowledge of PLC or control systems, for example Desigo CC, is an advantage
Further training as Operations Electrician and BLS AED Level 1 is an advantage
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
