BSB + Partner Engineers and Planners is a leading planning and engineering company and is part of a group with around 300 employees. To further develop and strengthen the Basel location, we are looking for a versatile, team-oriented and committed individual.
What you bring
You have a completed degree, professional experience in architecture/urban planning/spatial planning/mobility as well as knowledge of construction and planning law. You work independently, have a quick grasp and are goal- and customer-oriented. You are willing to collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams, take responsibility and contribute with commitment. You have political acumen, possess high expertise in project management and convince with your communication skills.
As Project Manager Area Development, you take on project and process management and handle diverse projects, supporting them from acquisition to final accounting. Your tasks include accompanying quality procedures as well as working on zoning plans/development concepts. In addition, participation in land use planning procedures is possible. In interdisciplinary teams, you work at the interface with other spatially relevant disciplines such as architecture, transport or environmental planning. In doing so, you contribute to addressing current challenges such as inner development, mobility behaviour and climate adaptation.
You are responsible for accompanying the strategic design and optimisation of the entire process for area developments. In doing so, you consider structural, economic, social and ecological aspects. You support developers from the private and public sectors from the initial considerations to the approval decision.
