You are familiar with the daily routine of Spitex, enjoy working independently, and are already well acquainted with Perigon? We are looking for an experienced Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) for a Spitex organisation for a temporary assignment with a workload of 80-90%.
We seek a flexible and reliable individual who, thanks to their experience, can quickly integrate into existing processes and competently support the team.

Your Tasks
- Independent care and support of clients in their familiar home environment
- Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures within your own area of competence
- Support and promotion of the clients’ independence
- Observation of the health status and forwarding of relevant changes
- Professional and comprehensive nursing documentation with Perigon
- Independent organisation and execution of the planned Spitex rounds
- Close collaboration with qualified nursing professionals, relatives, and other involved specialist agencies
- Ensuring professional and high-quality outpatient care
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- Proven professional experience in Spitex
- Experience with the nursing software Perigon
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- Willingness to work on two weekends, one of which includes split shifts
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly integrate into an existing team and new processes
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
