Role:
In this role, you design ERP solutions that bring measurable improvements to customers’ daily business. You analyse existing processes, translate requirements into well-thought-out software solutions, and implement them technically precisely. You are responsible for the continuous development of the ERP systems and ensure they are optimally tailored to the needs of the users. You also support implementations and adjustments with professional advice, training, and ongoing optimisation. Thus, you combine solid development expertise with direct impact on your customers’ value creation.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse customer needs and create specifications for ERP processes in TOSCA.
- In this role, you conduct detailed analyses along the entire process chain from inventory management, logistics, EDI, service, CRM, accounting, e-commerce to production.
- You develop suitable ERP solutions directly in TOSCA and implement them at the customer site.
- As a specialist for ERP solutions, depending on experience, you participate in or lead customer projects.
- You maintain professional exchanges with customers and partners on an equal footing and act as the central contact person.
Qualifications:
- You program confidently at medium to high level, ideally with proximity to databases (Oracle/PL-SQL advantageous), or master agentic coding at a high level.
- You use artificial intelligence confidently and responsibly as a tool to support your work.
- You approach real customer challenges solution-oriented and think in terms of service and added value rather than just tickets.
- Proactivity, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile at crucial moments characterise you.
- You appreciate scope for creativity in everyday work, manage without rigid hierarchies, and enjoy continuous professional development.
