Role:

Responsibilities:
You lead the rental properties section and manage a team.
You are responsible for the economic and legally compliant management of the property portfolio.
You prepare reports, applications, and decision-making documents for political bodies.
You represent property-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.
You assume professional, personnel, and financial responsibility for your area.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in property management.
Further training in the property sector.
Sound knowledge of tenancy law and property accounting.
Leadership experience and confident interaction with various stakeholders.
Structured, independent, and responsible working style.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
