For our business partner, a successful Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a committed and forward-thinking individual as an AVOR specialist. In this responsible position, you coordinate production planning and ensure the optimal use of available resources. As a central interface, you work closely with sales, production, and work preparation.
- Resource-oriented planning of production orders for semi-finished and finished products
- Early identification of capacity bottlenecks and coordination of suitable solutions
- Analysis of forecasts and sales figures as well as initiation of necessary measures
- Ongoing monitoring and optimisation of production utilisation
- Maintenance of relevant master and planning data in the ERP system
- Close coordination with sales, production, and work preparation
- Participation in internal projects and possible assumption of project management
- Creation and monitoring of a realistic sales forecast
- Professional experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a comparable area
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and ideally APS solutions
- Business fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Residence in Switzerland is desired

Tasks

- Maintenance of relevant master and planning data in the ERP system

Profile
- Technical basic training at EFZ level and preferably further training as a process technician HF or similar- Professional experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a comparable area
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and ideally APS solutions
- Business fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Residence in Switzerland is desired
- Goal-oriented action and a convincing assertiveness
