Gardener 70% / Social Educator or Work Educator / immediately or by arrangement
You are jointly responsible for the care and design of the area with a group of up to 10 people with intellectual and/or mental disabilities. You support the head of the gardening department and actively contribute to the development of the team, the further development of the gardening services, and the implementation of the operational strategy. Participation in markets and various events is also part of your tasks.
In addition to a qualification as a landscape gardener, you ideally bring training as a social educator or work educator. You have experience with people with mental disabilities and in leading groups. You are resilient, have a good constitution, and are accustomed to working with machines. You know how to motivate people, have a strong team spirit, and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration.
