About our client

For our client, an internationally active company in the field of biopharmaceutical production located in Schachen (Canton of Lucerne), we are looking immediately for a Pharma Production Operator (m/f/d). The company is one of the leading players in the manufacture of biological active ingredients and impresses with state-of-the-art GMP production facilities as well as a dynamic, research-oriented working environment.

Your tasks

• You support the interdisciplinary team in operating the equipment during active ingredient production – from component preparation through equipment setup to sampling
• You take on material handling as well as various tasks directly on the production floor
• You ensure the GMP-compliant condition of the equipment, including ongoing monitoring, calibration, maintenance and certification
• You check and complete batch documentation to support production processes
• You familiarise yourself with the applicable work instructions (SOPs) in the production area and comply with them
• You assist in coordinating daily work schedules and liaise closely with adjacent support areas
• You take on tasks in inventory management and material ordering
• You ensure orderliness and cleanliness according to housekeeping guidelines in the production area

Your profile

• You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or have an equivalent qualification
• You are familiar with GMP manufacturing processes
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in pharmaceutical production is an advantage
• You work carefully, reliably and keep an overview even in a regulated environment
• You appreciate teamwork and actively engage in cross-functional exchange
