HR Manager and Executive Assistant 90 - 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks:
Assistant function
- Administrative and organisational support of the executive management
- Planning, organisation, and follow-up of meetings and internal projects
- Preparation of reports, evaluations, and communication materials
- Coordination of appointments, business trips, and events
- Interface function between executive management, teams, and external partners
- Support in cross-location projects as well as organisational developments
Personnel administration
- Management of all HR processes from entry to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and administrative changes
- Support in recruiting including interview coordination
- Processing of expenses, absences, and support in payroll administration
- Participation in HR regulations, directives, and administrative HR projects
Profile:
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Further training as an HR specialist is an advantage
- Experience in executive assistance and/or personnel administration
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Organisational strength as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
- Discreet, service-oriented, and communicative personality
- Very good German skills as well as good written English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and administrative systems
