Your mission with us
Supporting people: You are the contact person for employees and a sparring partner for managers. You accompany people throughout the entire employee journey – from recruitment to exit.
Developing People & Culture: Together we shape the transition from classic Human Resources Management to a modern People & Culture department. You actively contribute your ideas and experience.
Advancing digitalisation: With ESS, MSS and other digital solutions, we continuously develop our HR processes – pragmatically and with a focus on added value for our employees.
Improving processes: You recognise optimisation potential, enjoy working in a structured way and bring your system affinity to ABACUS, Polypoint and other HR applications.
Taking responsibility together: We support each other, naturally represent one another and develop our HR as a team step by step.
What you bring
Solid HR know-how: You hold the Swiss Federal HR Certificate and have several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
Enjoyment of working with people: You like working with people, communicate on an equal footing and see yourself as a service provider for employees and managers.
Pragmatic solution orientation: You get stuck in, think along and find good solutions even when not everything is perfectly prepared.
Interest in development: You want to help shape People & Culture and enjoy continuously developing processes, structures and collaboration.
Calmness and humour: Even in lively phases, you keep an overview, set priorities and contribute to good collaboration with your positive manner.
