Kitchen – Cook (m/f)

From December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you to support and complement our motivated team.

Tasks depending on the professional profile

Independently managing a station/section under the guidance of the head chef or the head of the house or their deputy (deployment on all stations must be ensured)
Competent in international and Swiss cuisine
Mise en place and preparatory work
Implementation of the specified workflows in the respective shifts
Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene, HACCP, and safety regulations

Profile

Experience and completed professional training as a cook
You have a flair for refined, efficient cooking and experience in upscale gastronomy
Flexible, resilient team player with initiative and sensible prioritisation of tasks
Enjoyment in dealing with demanding national and international guests
Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Impeccable appearance and a well-groomed exterior
