About the job
Your Tasks
In customer administration, you take on a central role in accounting. Together with our locations, you are responsible for the financial processing of our services towards our customers; insurance companies and the Canton of Bern (GSI).
In addition to the monthly invoicing, you independently take on diverse and complex tasks in customer administration and are a competent contact person for technical questions. As part of the debt collection team, you independently manage our debtors actively, including dunning and collection measures.
With your customer- and service-oriented manner, you make an important contribution to our customers, their relatives, as well as to our colleagues at the locations of inpatient and outpatient care, thus actively contributing to a positive perception of the Concara Group.
Your Profile
- Commercial training
- Experience in customer support, customer administration or debt collection is an advantage
- Windows Office skills (especially Excel)
- Abacus experience is an advantage
- Professional and appreciative telephone manner
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Structured and independent way of working
- High customer orientation and enjoyment in contact with employees and customers
- Flexible and open to changes
