- Completed commercial training or technical background required.
- Fluent in German with good written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Clerk Sales Internal Service & Logistics 100% (m/f)
Your tasks
- Contact with customers by telephone and e-mail
- Operational processing of customer orders
- Preparation of offers
- Coordination with external forwarding companies
- Direct customer contact during collections
- Procurement planning of commercial products
- Maintenance of master data of customers and articles in the ERP
- Administrative tasks related to sales
You bring with you
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or technical training with experience in the commercial field
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Oral communication in French, Italian is an advantage
- High degree of independence as well as teamwork and structured working method
- Confident handling of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
