tasks

• you manage your own portfolio of co-ownership and condominium ownership holistically, whereby you also plan and independently conduct meetings with the owners
• communication with the apartment owners, caretakers, authorities and craftsmen is also part of your versatile range of tasks, as well as monitoring the properties for their structural condition
• the focus is on condominium owner communities, whereby the management of rental properties is also partly included
• you accompany maintenance and renovation projects, obtain quotes and award contracts
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in property management, preferably with condominium ownership
• further training as a property manager FA / property manager FA (or in training for this) is an advantage
• knowledge of the software RIMO R5 is desirable but not required
• do you consider yourself a well-organised, communicative personality with social skills as well as a winning appearance?
