Financial Control | 50% | Chur
The Financial Control is the supreme specialist body of financial supervision. It supports the Grand Council, the government and the courts in the financial supervision of the administration and judicial administration. In this video you will find an overview of the tasks of Financial Control.
For our team, we are looking for an initiative and independent person who keeps an overview and takes on an important hub function within Financial Control through their work.
We are looking for a motivated secretary (50%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
- Editing and preparing reports, creating and processing correspondence and presentations
- Supporting the office and department management as well as the auditors
- General secretarial duties and management of the central document filing system
- Organisation of team events
- Periodic tasks according to schedule
- Support with internal projects
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent training with professional experience in a secretarial role
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (native language), knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Very good IT user skills, especially MS Office
- Structured, forward-looking, independent and precise way of working
- Service- and solution-oriented personality, team spirit, commitment and initiative
