Under the roof of the non-profit and non-profit foundation Siloah, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and the operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational and IT functions.
For our hospital pharmacy in Gümligen, we are looking for a:
Your tasks
- You ensure the supply of the wards and long-term residents with medications according to process-oriented workflows
- Preparing medications for long-term residents in weekly doses and correct data entry for billing
- Processing supplier orders, ward orders, returns, and controlling narcotics using our inventory management system
- You advise doctors and nursing staff on questions regarding the medication range
Your profile
- You have completed training as a pharmacy assistant or druggist and preferably have work experience in a hospital pharmacy
- You work in a structured, efficient manner with a high level of quality awareness
- You are independent, resilient, and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Navision an advantage)
