About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Residential Homes in Seefeld offer living and living space for adults
with cognitive or multiple disabilities at different locations.
For the Kreuzstrasse location, where people with various
disabilities live, we are looking for a Care Specialist (60-70%) starting August 1, 2026.
Tasks:
- Accompanying residents in everyday life
- Organizing leisure and weekend activities
- Care activities
- Collaboration in team and client administration
- Key worker duties
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as FABE/FAGE or equivalent qualification
- Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
- Organizational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
