What is the role about?

You carry out mechanical processes such as welding precisely and operate modern welding and pressure testing equipment safely and with a focus on quality. In addition, you ensure the availability of operating resources and actively drive continuous improvements in line with the Lean philosophy. 

What tasks will you take on?

• You perform mechanical processes such as welding precisely and with a focus on quality, contributing to reliable production.
• You operate rotary and orbital welding systems as well as pressure testing equipment safely and ensure a stable production process.
• You take on the maintenance and servicing of operating resources and ensure their sustainable availability.
• You actively live our Lean philosophy and continuously identify optimisation potentials in processes and workflows.
• You work flexibly in a two-shift system and, as a committed team member, make an important contribution to shared success.

What do we expect from you? 

• You have completed vocational training in welding, surface treatment, mechanics, or a comparable technical field.
• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience and possess a good understanding of logistical and production-related processes.
• You communicate confidently in German and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You work flexibly, agilely, and appreciate collaboration in a motivated and collegial team.
• You convince through quality and responsibility awareness as well as precise manual skills.
