Several positions are available to strengthen our branches in the Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel and Fribourg regions. Each employee will be assigned to a single branch and its geographical area.

Your missions

• Diagnose the overall financial situation of your clients, based on a thorough understanding of their real needs
• Propose objective solutions, strictly aligned with this diagnosis
• Ensure the follow-up, loyalty and development of your portfolio, building a flow of referrals that gradually makes you autonomous in generating new clients

Your profile

• Residence in Switzerland mandatory (cross-border applications will not be considered)
• AFA certification mandatory (non-negotiable, up to date)
• Proven experience in personal finance, ideally acquired in health insurance or pension provision
• Organised, autonomous and results-oriented mindset
• Good listening skills and a genuine desire to understand the client before advising
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in a language spoken by a significant community in French-speaking Switzerland (Portuguese, Albanian, English, for example) is a plus, but not an exclusion criterion
• Ambition, rigour and a continuous desire to improve
