For our Restaurant Promulins in Samedan (operated by Hotel Europa Suites) we are looking for a dedicated Head Cook (m/f/d) who works under the direction of our head chef. You are responsible for the independent preparation of dishes and the organization of kitchen processes in daily operations.

What we expect from you:
- Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience
- Experience in independent work in a kitchen, ideally alone or in a small team
- Creativity in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Structured, efficient, and reliable working style
- Good knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP)
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
Your area of responsibility:
- Independent preparation of dishes according to the head chef's specifications and menu planning
- Support in creating menus and daily specials
- Ordering goods, inventory control, and participation in planning the use of goods
- Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Care and cleaning of the kitchen area and work equipment
- Assistance with events or banquets by arrangement
