About the job

Main mission
Implement and manage social worker services aimed at assisting the residents of the municipality, with a specific focus on actions in favour of seniors

Required profile
• Hold a Bachelor of Science HES – SO in social work with a social service orientation, or an equivalent qualification recognised by SEFRI
• Have several years of professional experience in the municipal social field, including two to three years in the field of the elderly
• Be Swiss or hold a valid work permit
• Possess excellent reception and listening skills
• Have a very good knowledge of social insurances, cantonal and federal legislation in the field
• Know the Geneva network, its economic fabric and its institutions
• Demonstrate rigour in analysing situations and managing follow-up
• Be able to work independently and provide solutions
• Be proficient with common IT tools and the administrative aspects of the position
