KIBE Region Huttwil AG offers family-complementary childcare with two KITA groups totalling 30 care places, a day school with currently around 60 registered children, approx. 35 day families and nanny care as well as babysitter placement. We currently employ around 70 staff.

From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative personality who will jointly take responsibility with the existing co-managing director for the further development and management of our childcare services.

These are your tasks:

• You take responsibility for the entire administration, especially personnel and finances. The existing co-managing director is responsible for care and pedagogy
• As co-managing director, you share operational, personnel and financial responsibility for our entire institution together with the existing co-managing director
• In addition, as a member, you represent our interests on the board of directors and actively participate in the implementation of decisions
• You bear financial responsibility for budgeting, planning and controlling
• Of course, managing the profit and loss account and preparing the annual financial statements including accompanying the audit must not be missing
• With your understanding and cooperative manner, you lead a small but fine team and manage project and working groups
• Data maintenance in Kibon (care voucher system) is also part of your responsibilities
• You also work intensively with authorities at municipal and cantonal level
• and implement marketing and IT objectives together with external partners

This is what we expect from you:

• You are a strong communicator with entrepreneurial thinking and personal responsibility
• and you love public relations as much as your personal tasks as co-managing director and board member
• You have completed commercial training
• and further training in finance (e.g. accounting clerk) is an advantage
• In addition, you have professional experience and a flair for numbers
• If you have leadership experience, this is also an advantage
• You are willing to contribute constructively to teamwork as well as cooperation with external partners
• Coordination with business partners is also familiar to you
• And you are open to new things
• You enjoy project work
