What you can achieve with us
You will work in a residential school for youth on the autism spectrum and with cognitive impairments. Together with a motivated team, you will enable the youth to attend school classes and ensure a suitable living environment. If necessary, you will also provide support in the Technical Service and assist with maintenance work for the institution.
What you bring
We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated, and empathetic personality. You are interested in people on the autism spectrum and their challenging behaviors. You are characterized by a responsible and reliable work style and are physically and mentally resilient. Additionally, you are willing to reflect on your behavior and develop further. Good oral and written communication skills complete your profile.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth Zollikofen - a private, politically and confessionally neutral organization with a non-profit objective. Our task is to promote and accompany people with special support needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as to professionals. Our core competencies lie in the promotion and support of young people with visual impairments, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
