Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out acceptance tests as well as completion and assembly of conventional and radiation-hardened electromagnets

• Preparation and support for magnetic field measurements (including setup, levelling and connection to water and power supply)

• Performing general mechanical tasks (turning, milling, drilling, soft and, if necessary, hard soldering)

• Maintenance and participation in the further development of magnetic measuring systems

• Active involvement in the design and manufacture of special tools and fixtures

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification

• Crane operator licence (20 t) or willingness to obtain it at short notice

• Strong team skills in an international working environment

• Very good German skills as well as confident English skills in spoken and written form

• User knowledge of MS Office
