Senior Product Manager: Payments

Our team "Product Management Billing & Payments" recognises national and international industry trends and develops attractive, digital payment solutions for our customers. Together as a team and in collaboration with various stakeholders, we accompany new products and expansions from the idea through conception to implementation and successfully launch them. In this role, you operate at the interface between market, technology, and regulation, actively shaping the payments of tomorrow. Together we create solutions with tangible added value for our customers.

• Continuous development of our service offering in national and international payments with a focus on our corporate clients
• Identifying, developing, and documenting requirements
• Picking up on trends and new developments in payments, especially in the areas of instant and international payments as well as payments in digital currencies
• Analysing and optimising processes in the payments environment
• Collaborating with various stakeholders (sales, legal services, project management, IT development, etc.)
• Representing the bank in external working groups and committees

• Completed studies preferably in STEM, banking, or business administration with appropriate further training
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic management, project management, or product management
• In-depth expertise and experience in national and international payments and the payment requirements of corporate clients
• Enjoyment of conceptual and analytical tasks as well as designing offerings
• Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly recognise complex interrelationships
• Openness to new topics, a high solution orientation, and a flair for customer needs and market requirements
• Strong communication skills and a convincing presence
