Description
We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
Electrical Site Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the field of electricity or building technology, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training),
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in electrical site management, in an electrical company, general/total contractor or works management.
- Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (industrial, hospital, etc.)
- Proficient with IT tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
- Good communication skills, team spirit and mutual support.
- Adaptability, flexible, autonomous.
- Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession.
- Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site)
- Knowledge of BIM is an asset.
Your role:
- Responsible for quality, costs and deadlines.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the work of electrical companies.
- Contractual and financial follow-up of CVSER companies.
- Responsible for compliance with safety regulations on site.
- Organisation of technical handovers and commissioning, and resolution of defects.
