Description
We are looking for our "CVCSE Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
Electrical Site Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
Engineering training in the building sector or training in building techniques, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training)
At least 2/3 years of experience in site management ideally in CVCSE or at least in one of these techniques, preferably in a general/total contractor company or in works management
Interest in complex and/or large-scale projects in CVCSE (industrial, hospital, etc.)
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
Communication skills, collaborative spirit and mutual support
Adaptability, flexible, autonomous
Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession
Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site)
BIM knowledge is an asset.
Your role:
Responsible for quality, costs and deadlines
Plan, coordinate and monitor the work of CVCSE companies
Contractual and financial monitoring of CVCSE companies
Responsible for compliance with safety rules on site
Organisation of technical receptions and commissioning, and resolution of defects
