Head of Vehicle Preparation Department
Your tasks
- Organisation of the areas of vehicle preparation and vehicle delivery, coordination with other internal departments
- Development and implementation of a quality system from vehicle intake to output
- Monitoring of workflows, throughput times
- Ensuring optimal service
- Budget responsibility and monitoring for the respective area
- Leadership, support and promotion of about 15 employees
- Participation in projects
- Active involvement in the area of vehicle handling on the site and in the car wash
Your profile
- Completion of a vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
- Further training in leadership and administration
- Experience in projects/project management
- Experience in quality, quality control, development of quality concepts
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Leadership experience
- Fluent German, good knowledge of English
- Initiative, resilience and flexibility
