For our ICT department at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a

ICT Business Partner and Project Management (a) 80–100%

Starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Responsibilities

• You are the link between business and ICT: As the central contact person for the administrative specialist departments, you understand their processes, capture needs, and translate them into viable ICT solutions
• You develop our ERP further: You play a key role in shaping the further development of our ERP landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and drive the migration from Navision to Business Central both technically and project-wise
• You lead projects to completion: You manage ICT projects, sub-projects, and general ICT initiatives from initiation to implementation, controlling costs, schedules, quality, and risks, and coordinating internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• You create decision-making foundations: With business analyses, requirements and process recordings, and solution concepts, you lay the foundation for well-informed decisions and report transparently up to executive management level
• You advance processes: You identify optimisation and digitalisation potential, standardise procedures, and promote the consolidation of our application landscape
• You ensure operations: Together with Application Management, you ensure testing, change and release processes, user training, and thorough documentation

Profile

• You know Navision and Business Central from practice: You bring several years of solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central – whether as a consultant, project manager, application manager, or experienced key user
• You have successfully implemented projects: You have several years of project management experience in the ERP or ICT environment, ideally with implementations or migrations. Certification (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PMI or Scrum) is a plus
• You think commercially: You have a qualification at HF, FH or university level in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable background and understand business processes in detail
• You know the healthcare sector – or want to get to know it: Experience in the hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of ITIL rounds off your profile
• You convince at all levels: You communicate clearly, translate confidently between business and ICT language, and create acceptance – from the specialist department to executive management. You speak and write German very well
• You keep an overview: Independently, structured and solution-oriented, you set priorities and keep a cool head even with several parallel projects
